FEES and POLICIES
For the convenience of the parties and to help keep fees lower, I email invoices to the attorneys for them to pay following mediation. If the parties will be paying the fee, please advise your client to bring a check or sufficient funds to pay at the conclusion of the mediation as provided in the rules.
One-Time Admin Fee per Case: $300
Hourly Rate: $280
No Charge for first hour of travel; then 40% of hourly rate, plus current IRS mileage rate
POSTPONEMENT FEE: $400 ($500, if cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date)
